Why $3,000, and not more or less?+
It's a fixed price for a fixed, well-defined scope: a full practice setup, agreed before work starts. Comparable builds from legal web agencies run $4,000 to $10,000+.
What if I don't like it?+
You don't pay until you approve it. I build it, you review it, two rounds of revisions are included. Only then does an invoice exist.
How long does it take?+
The build itself moves fast once we start. Google verification and payment provider approval run on their own clock, and I handle both on your behalf.
What happens after launch?+
You own everything, so nothing stops working if we never speak again. If you'd rather have someone to call when things need fixing or building, that's what Get Tech Support is for.
Is this a fit for my firm?+
There's just one: $850/month covers a solo lawyer or a firm up to 5 people, flat. More than 5 on staff, email me and we'll work out custom pricing.
What counts as "the tech breaking"?+
Software that stops working, a Clio setup that needs fixing, a slow PC, or just a question you don't know who else to ask. If you're not sure it qualifies, ask anyway, that's the whole point of having someone to ask.
What's not included?+
A full new website or intake build, that's Get Set Up, priced separately. Anything that turns into a large new project gets scoped and quoted on its own, agreed with you first. Day-to-day fixes and unlimited questions are what the subscription covers.
What if I need to cancel?+
No contract. Cancel anytime, no notice period, no penalty.
