No IT department, no forum threads, no guessing. Direct access to me for the tech that keeps a solo or small firm running. No contract, cancel anytime.

One offer, no ladder to climb. You tell me what's broken or what you need, I handle it, for as long as you're a client.

There's a monthly cap so the support stays sustainable on both sides. Inside the cap, it's covered. In practice, most issues take less than 30 minutes to sort out, so the cap rarely feels tight. A request that runs bigger than a month's hours, or that falls well outside day-to-day fixes and questions, gets scoped and quoted separately, agreed before I start.
Fixing what's reported is easy. Finding what nobody reported is the harder, more useful skill, and it's what years of engineering and business analysis work trained me to do. A firm with any staff at all has friction a solo lawyer doesn't: files handed off between people, documents that go missing between intake and your desk, steps nobody wrote down. I keep an eye out for that friction on purpose, not just when something breaks.
A short call or an email is enough to see if it's a fit.
