One-time · $3,000

Everything you need to open your doors.

Website, client intake, professional email, and a French toggle on every page. Built, tested and handed over. You don't pay until you've seen it.

Parliament Hill, Ottawa
The whole deal, in plain terms

What you get. What it costs.

What you get

A practice that can take clients

Website, intake forms, booking, online payments, professional email for you and your staff, a one-click French toggle on every page, and a Google Business Profile.

What you own

All of it, in your name

Domain, files, accounts, all yours. Nothing quietly belongs to me. Handover in writing.

The price

$3,000, fixed

Agreed before work starts. No surprise invoices, no hourly creep.

The risk

You approve before you pay

I build it, you review it, then you pay. Two rounds of revisions included. I also ask for an honest testimonial if you're happy.

Who this is for

Immigration lawyers going solo in Ontario, or already solo and drowning in admin. Corporate and other practice areas welcome too. If you haven't decided to go solo yet, book the call anyway and I'll tell you what setup actually costs.

For reference: comparable launches run $4,000 to $10,000+ from legal web agencies.

The last practice I set up

A practice that had to win trust on the first visit.

The website built for Felicita Ovadje, Canadian immigration lawyer
Felicita Ovadje · Immigration Law · Calgary
Problem

A growing immigration practice with no online presence. Client intake was handled entirely by hand.

Built

A full site with structured client intake, online payments, booking, newsletter, professional email, and the groundwork to be found on Google.

Changed

Inquiries now arrive structured and ready to act on, instead of scattered across calls and DMs. She ranks first on Google for her own name.

The remarkable thing about working with Tobi is having someone study your personality and bring that to life with very minimal direction.

Fair questions

Things you're right to ask.

Why $3,000, and not more or less?+
It's a fixed price for a fixed, well-defined scope: a full practice setup, agreed before work starts. Comparable builds from legal web agencies run higher, and this way there's no hourly creep on either side.
What if I don't like it?+
You don't pay until you approve it. I build it, you review it, two rounds of revisions are included. Only then does an invoice exist.
What happens after launch?+
You own everything, so nothing stops working if we never speak again. If you'd rather have someone to call when things need fixing or building, that's what Get Tech Support is for.
